From where I was sitting (which was usually pretty far back from you most of the time!!) that bike looked like it was on a rail.
Those shocks work from what I could see, and not too many people are going to keep up with you.
Some of the bumps (that I never saw you hit) almost threw me off my Train!!!
Usually when I am following others, I have an indication from their jolts that I'm fixing to get it too.
I never saw your bike bounce one time, like I said, most of them caught me by surprise!!
With that handling, and your other mods......the MudSickle is pure and simply....NASTY!!
I'm going to have to save a few bucks and get me some of those Ricors shocks and suspension upgrades for my Low Rider
(I wonder if they'll powder coat the rear shock springs red for me?).

yeah mr bear the ride was excellent.
Lotta good stuff up there.
As to the shocks, you saw it right man.
The Ricors definitely had me stuck to the road like glue.
For a while I was riding the centerstripe around those sweeps at 80 90 and better
so I could run over the bumpers, and it was like they weren't there.
I thought the rest of the road was way too smooth.
you say no, so I guess I missed out on that.
The shocks work great.
ΥΓ3.How do you find they compare to the other shocks you have enjoyed on the bike.
.
.
Yeah rounder you probably saw the 00gas in the Under 50.
I doodadded one as an AC cover bolt a couple years back.
The Ricors are certainly a success as far as I am concerned.
Comparing to the Ohlins with four point adjust ability,
now that I have been able to ride a bit more -
The Os did nothing for *me* that the Rs don't do (at half the cost).
Actually, I do prefer the Rs over the Os because
these are reading the input from the road conditions constantly
and initiating the appropriate response internally.Whereas, the Os are adjusted while on the kickstand,
and that is what it's gonna be,
regardless of any differing situation.
So far, I'm real happy and glued to the road.
ΥΓ4.Αυτα ειναι τα αμορτισερ που ειχε πριν και τωρα ειναι για πουλημα:
In the 4 years I have owned my 006 FXD,
I have had 4 or 5 different pairs of shocks mounted.
.
.
..... The last set was the Ohlins S36PR1C1LB .....
